Brief
Pack Expo is one of the largest packaging and processing exhibitions, attracting 2,500 exhibitors. Our client, Tetra Pak, had a booth at the expo where it wanted a specific station to present its complete line offer. This was the brief:
Engage visitors by sticking out from the crowd
Visually show several lines in a comprehensive and engaging way
Create a memorable visitor experience
Cater for presenting as well as personal browsing
Progress
The station had to be adapted to a limited space inside the booth while allowing for two groups of four visitors to interact. As we could not show the actual equipment, we had to create a setting that would allow the visitors to explore Tetra Pak’s line as if they were in the factory. VR could have been an option but does not allow for several participants at once.
Solution
To create the right environment, we placed three screens in a slightly convex shape covering the audience’s entire field of view from the front of the middle screen. Connecting the three screens, we displayed a complete image of the line to deliver an immersive experience. The audience was able to “wander” through the equipment on a custom-designed control deck. The result: an enjoyable and interactive learning experience.
